Labor Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify any issues thatmay require repair or maintenance.Perform general maintenance in the facility.Ensure light fittings, bulbs and sensors are installed and maintained.Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.
)Undertake basic cabinetry work that is requiredRepair equipment and appliancesAssist with electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairs.Identify and report the need for major repairs.Conduct repairs on equipment such as furniture, doors, and windows.Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections carried out.Ensure that each jobcard is closed off timeously.Ensure compliance tothe company's preventative maintenance plan.Ensuring that allelectrical equipment is in safe working order in line with current legislationand H&S regulations.Ensure that all tasksallocated are completed effectively and timeouslyResponding quickly toany emergencies.Working within apreventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the longrun.Effective completionof routine preventative maintenance, unplannedremedial, scheduledand unscheduled maintenance requirementsKeep good generalappearance of the grounds and buildings.Ensure that the job is complete as per job card requirements.Make recommendations for continual improvement and support improvement.To ensure that all equipment and materials are not left in dangerous state.
