Leading Inbound Tour Operator – Specializing in Southern Africa, including SA, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique. Our client is looking for a Groups Team Leader and a Groups Consultant to be based at their offices in CPT Southern Suburbs.

Minimum RequirementsGroups Team Leader: 5+ years experience as a Groups Team Leader with experience in leading and advising a team of 5+ Consultants - Inbound TourismProduct knowledge essential – 3–5-star Hotels/Lodges across Southern Africa – Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, ZambiaTeam Leading experience – Proven track record in leading a team of consultants.Responsible for overseeing and managing all functions of your Team – Groups Itineraries, from quoting to invoicing.Groups Consultant: Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as an Inbound Groups ConsultantProduct knowledge essential – 3–5-star Hotels/Lodges across Southern Africa – Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, ZambiaResponsible for all functions – Must have experience doing quotes from start to finish - Groups Itineraries, from quoting to invoicing.
