Are you someone who can: SME research and strategy:Provide input into the Talent Management and Performance enablement strategy.Conduct ongoing research on talent and performance management practices.Provide subject matter expertise to talent and performance management initiatives by acting as project specialist, rendering though leadership in the delivery of successful initiatives.Participate in the design of a talent and performance management culture that will guide and inform the plans, policies, and initiatives for implementation across the group.Create solutions to meet customer demands and deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.Enablement of talent and performance strategies:Facilitate and implement the Talent and Performance strategy, systems, practices and governance.Within a group framework for talent management, maximize human capital engagement to ensure they have the necessary templates, tools, guidance and materials to support the talent strategy.Collaborate with line management and key group wide stakeholders to design talent and performance appropriate interventions, projects, and programmes for implementation.Project management and/or strategy implementation:Monitor the execution of projects and programmes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Champion the implementation of group wide talent and performance management policies, plans and procedures, noting key successes and lessons learned.Monitor adherence to policy and governance requirements, addressing deviations as appropriate and escalating or intervening with disciplinary processes if required.Implementation and support of procurement processes (onboarding, contracting, procurement engagements etc.) with third parties as and when required.Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.Data insights and recommendations:Analyse people and other relevant data to develop insights, formulate views and make recommendations on acquisition, retention and mobility of talent.Within the talent practice this role is accountable for:In collaboration with learning partners manage the FirstRand Stratco and related Talent pool incumbents' development plans to enable the realisation of succession strategies.Create an enablement approach to ensure Business Human Capital manages talent pool incumbents at a segment level.Drives succession planning across FirstRand.Provides support in the design and development of HiPo programmes.Within the performance practice this role is accountable for:Design performance management plans and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organisational goals.Encourage the uptake of a culture of objective setting and the measurement of results.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a Bachelor's Degree in related disciplines.
