Group Hr Manager

A specialized Western Cape based FMCG company is seeking a Group HR Manager to lead their HR function.


Applicants should meet the following basic requirements: a relevant postgraduate degree (Masters preferred), at least 8 years' experience within a relevant senior role and a strongly collaborative mind-set. Current HPCSA registration is essential.
HR professionals with excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans and an analytical problem-solving approach will be ideally suited to this position.
The successful candidate will lead and align the company HR strategies, lead and develop training initiatives and work closely with senior stakeholders.
