Group Hr Generalist

Job Description Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a Group HR Generalist in Modderfontein.  The Group HR Generalist will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources across multiple regions in Africa, including full-cycle recruitment, policy development, performance management, and administration of employee benefits.
The role demands a proactive approach to ensuring that all HR practices align with the company's vision and comply with current legislation.
Skills: Computer Literate (Word, Excel & Outlook) Strong Excel E xperience managing HR in multiple African countries is desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
(Africa Laws would be advantageous) Strong knowledge of the BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE and POPI Acts Experience with Sage Premier 5.8a or similar HRIS systems.
Experience with BBBEE.
Experience with Unions.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
