Group Hr Generalist

The Group HR Generalist will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources across multiple African regions, including full-cycle recruitment, policy development, performance management, and employee benefits administration.The role demands a proactive approach to ensuring that all HR practices align with the company's vision and comply with current legislation. Skills:
Computer Literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook) strong in Excel.Experience managing HR in multiple African countries is desirable.Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.(African laws would be advantageous)Strong knowledge of the BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE, and POPI Acts.Experience with Sage Premier 5.8a or similar HRIS systems.Experience with BBBEE.Experience with Unions.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Requirements:
Grade 12.Bcom in Human Resources Management.5 years experience in an HR generalist role preferably within a multinational organization.
