Our portfolio of programmes empowers learners to grow, adapt, and develop their careers in our fast-changing world. We are looking for a graduate intern to join our Key Account Management team and develop their skills in the corporate education space. This is a 6-month internship with the potential opportunity for permanent employment should the internship period be successful.ResponsibilitiesThe Graduate Interns will support the Key Account Managers by:Handling day-to-day administrative tasks.Reporting on learner status and closing reports.Preparing monthly status reports on each client.Completing ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.Acquiring a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements.Learning how to navigate a CRM system.Assisting key account managers through the sales lifecycle.Assisting key account managers in building learning solutions for clients.RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate will have:An undergraduate qualification (preferably business administration).A genuine passion for people and a commitment to service excellence.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Strong interpersonal skills.Creative and solution-oriented mindset.Analytical aptitude.Work from the office in Cape Town 2-3 days a week (or as required).
