Qualifications:•Grade 12•Diploma or degree•CIMA preferredRole Competencies:•FMCG, Manufacturing sector experience within a group of companies.•Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenance experienceJob Description:2.Daily Stock Control•Release daily production on Sage for the two sites•Reconcile daily bulk on excel for both sites•Track usage for Work In Progress (WIP).•Handle invoicing and Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) on Sage.•Manage contracts.•Assist sites with stock-related queries•Track movement of damaged stock.•Provide guidance and support to stock controller and extended SC team.3.Stock Count Attendance•Coordinate and oversee monthly stock counts for verification.4.Month-end Close•Perform pre-snapshot checks and balances.•Capture counts and split counts for both site•Post-snapshot, compile variance report, and send to sites for investigation.•Provide reasons for all stock variances as best as possible.•Process correction journals and recount journals.•Pass final quantity check on quantity on hand.•Complete Stock Gain/Loss Report.5.Schedules•Prepare Stock Gain/Loss Report.•Compile Plant Profit and Loss (PNL).•Analyze Gross Profit (GP).•Generate ad hoc stock reports.6.BOM Maintenance•Create new BOMs upon request.•Process amendments to existing BOMs when requested.
