Overview:As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve our marketing objectives. This is a full-time position at Table View, Cape Town, with a hybrid work model.Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including Search, Display, and Video, to meet specific marketing goals and targets.Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.Create compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives clicks and conversions.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign performance, including ad targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns are aligned with the latest advancements and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align Google Ads strategies with overall marketing initiatives and business objectives.Provide recommendations for website and landing page optimization to improve user experience and conversion rates from Google Ads traffic.Manage budgets effectively, allocate funds strategically, and optimize spending to achieve the best possible results within budget constraints.Stay informed about local market trends and consumer behavior to tailor campaigns effectively to the Cape Town market.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field (preferred - experience is best)5 years of Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Google Ads certification.In-depth understanding of Google Ads platforms (Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Ads) and proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and interpret campaign performance metrics.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization is a plus.Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with other digital marketing channels (e.g., social media advertising) is an advantage.
