Great venue within Canary Wharf – a mix of cocktails, pvt areas, events & corporate hire is coming to London My client is a growing hospitality group based in London, currently operating six bars with plans to expand further in 2024/2025. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a General Manager or a Senior Deputy Manager. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the unique energy and pace of London's city life.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the bar's financial and service performance, aiming for an average weekly turnover of £35,000 to £45,000.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry, with significant experience in managing high-volume, commercially driven businesses that prioritize quality. Experience in the late-night London scene is essential, with a specific focus on the City of London being a major advantage.
The role also demands a creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and introduce fresh, exciting ideas to elevate the bar's offerings.
