General Manager - Hospitality and Hotel Management

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Business, Hospitality, Game or Hotel Management or equivalent
5+ years of experience as a General Manager or in Hospitality Management
Computer literacy
Excellent people skills and staff management
Housekeeping and maintenance management experience
Strong financial acumen
Pro-active and results-driven
Valid driver's license

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintenance coordination with suppliers
Monthly budget planning and liaison with senior management
Human Resources management, including staff supervision and development
General administration and office management
Task planning, delegation, and follow-up
Meter readings and utility management
Stock control and inventory management
Construction experience and project management
Overseeing the hospitality manager and guest accommodation
