Job Description:

Putting systems in place and KPIs for each department in the company
Helping employees with Time Management on Tasks
Continuously following up on progress vs target on tasks
Assist with Key Account execution
Its important to understand Retail and ultimately the individual should come from a company whom has dealt with Retail Groups in SA so they have Retail Relationships within those Chains

Qualifications:

Must understand the Retail Trade
Relevant Qualification and experience required
Candidate who is studying MBA parttime would be acceptable
