Qualifications and ExperienceEssential:- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field.- 5+ years in cattle farming/beef processing.- Proficiency in MS Office.- Strong interpersonal skills and industry regulation knowledge.Preferred:- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.- Experience in strategy development and complex project management.
