Full accounting function of the fundsOperational duties include:BankingAccountsReportingInvestmentsSARS / EMP201 & 501AuditValuationLegislativeCustomer liaison and adherence to SLAsPeople management Skills & Experience: Ability to investigate and analyse data to be able to report accuratelyExcellent Excel skills, must be able to do V-Lookup, pivot etc.FICA awareness training.At least 5 years employee benefits / retirement fund administration experience specifically in a similar role.A good knowledge of pension fund legislation, (specifically Section 13A), regulations and guidelines.Everest experience will be advantageous.Good knowledge and understanding of unitisation.Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Be innovative - implement key internal controls and continuously improve on processesBe solutions driven and foster excellent stakeholder engagementHave superior analytical and problem solving skillsIndustry knowledge and experience in employee benefitsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent time management skillsQualification:Undergraduate degree/ Retirement Fund qualification.
