My client has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and qualified Senior Fund Accountant to join their dynamic team. The ideal person will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Daily fund operations, monthly/quarterly NAV reconciliation and review Calculation and review of fund management and performance fees Reconciliation of capital transactions (subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, transfers etc) Supporting and contributing to external reporting; Regulatory reporting, bespoke and ad-hoc investor and management reporting Oversee annual fund audits, (knowledge of Lux GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS) Preparation of monthly Fund IRRs (knowledge of GIPS helpful) Work on strategic initiatives as they arise Tax compliance and structuring
