We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations and reception
Answer and direct phone calls
Handle bookings, reservations, and check-ins/outs
Maintain records and perform administrative tasks
Provide exceptional customer service
Work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Requirements:

Relevant experience in hospitality or customer service
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
Friendly and welcoming demeanor
Ability to work shifts
Proficient in handling phone calls and responding to inquiries
Based in Klerksdorp

Preferred Qualifications:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Driver's license
Previous experience in hospitality or administration
Knowledge of guest house operations
