Your Role: As a Freelance Recruiter you will play a crucial role in sourcing attracting and hiring top talent for our growing organization.
You will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
This role requires a proactive and resultsdriven individual with a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities for Freelance Recruitment Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards social media platforms and other recruitment channels.
Utilize various sourcing methods including Boolean search XRay search and AI tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Screen and evaluate resumes conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Conduct indepth interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit with the company.
Required Qualifications for Freelance Recruiters Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in the translation or localization industry.
Proficiency in English is a MUST.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices including sourcing screening interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques including Boolean search and XRay search.
Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
