Our Client is looking for the following candidate:
• Opening and closing of the premises when requested to do so (i.e if neither Kelvin
nor James is able to)
• Working hours 7h30 to 16h30, Monday to Friday.
• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Accepting delivery of inventory.
• Counting and confirming inventory.
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
• Communicating errors and damages to relevant parties.
• Marking and labelling stock.
• Assisting with stock takes
• Storing inventory in accessible manner.
• Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
• Utilizing warehouse lift equipment to load and unload stock as well as move, lift, or
stack stock as needed.
• Ensuring that all stock is properly secured in the delivery vehicles to prevent damage
during transit.
• Effectively utilise TOM.
• Follow instructions and keeping records.
• Safely transport goods to and from specified locations according to orders and delivery
schedules.
• Liaising with management to communicate any traffic issues and delays.
• Obtaining signatures from customers upon completion of each delivery to confirm
receipt of goods.
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is correct and live up dates are captured using TOM
• Notify management of any accidents, parking tickets, vehicle damage, and major
maintenance issues.
• Performing daily equipment cand vehicle checks on the Telegram Safety Bot
• Ensuring that the company truck and the company forklift is clean and well-maintained
at all times.
• Maintaining a good relationship with customers ensuring that our customers are
treated with professionalism and a high level of service.
Required Skills

Stock Take: 2 to 3 years
Code 10 Driver: 2 to 3 years
Warehouse Experience: 2 to 3 years
Forklift Driver: 2 to 3 years
