Food Technologist

Requirements:A degree or diploma in Food Science / Food Technology.3-5 years' experience working as a Food Scientist/Technologist.SAP experience (Essential).Excel skills (Essential)Responsibilities: Test recipes to cut costs and reduce raw material use.Independently conduct recipe trials.Implement and adapt new recipes.Update product data in SAP.Simplify recipes by using fewer ingredients.Select and optimize raw materials for cost and availability.Perform physical, chemical, and visual testing on products.Test product stability and shelf-life.Work with production on recipe changes.Coordinate with the sales team as needed.Maintain SAP records for recipe updates.Manage equipment, including scale testing and calibration.
