Hire Resolve's client is seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Trainer to join their team in Cape Town.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of service and compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging training sessions for food and beverage staff, focusing on service excellence, product knowledge, and health and safety regulations Assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback to help improve skills and service delivery Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored programs for the team Conduct regular evaluations of training programs and adjust content based on staff feedback and operational changes Develop training materials and documentation to support learning initiatives Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and effective Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on training or supervisory roles Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and health regulations Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to motivate and inspire staff to provide exceptional service Proficient in using training software and tools Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed for training sessions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
