Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

Summary
Hyatt Regency Cape Town is currently seeking an Outlet Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Cape 126 Restaurant, Pool, and Bar area.
Key duties but not limited to:

Responsible for outlets performance including personnel management, beverages, food, and other services.
Monitor and ensure smooth running of customer service area and satisfaction.
Manage staff, including hiring and training of new team members.
Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure outlets are well stocked, clean, and meet all safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with banqueting when required.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills Required:

Diploma or equivalent in hospitality management.
2-3 years' experience as a team leader or outlet manager within the hospitality industry.
Experience working on POS system MICROS.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving abilities.
