Candidate requirements:Must have 3 – 5 years of experience in an F&B roleMust be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, energetic, knows how to delegate, and have excellent time management skillsMust have experience in issuing and receiving stockBe firm with staff, but also able to motivate the staffMust be extremely customer-focused and outgoingMust be observant and very hands-on Must be willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidaysMust have knowledge of food plating and drinks standardsMust have excellent F&B skills and knowledgeMust have good knowledge when it comes to menu design and trends  Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers alikeMust have financial management experience and the ability to effectively This is a live-out position
