Food And Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect our lodges unique offerings and guest preferences.Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.Manage and train a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Monitor inventory levels and manage suppliers to optimize costs and maintain quality standards.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury hospitality or game lodges.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu design, and cost control.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
