A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, a positive demeanour, impeccable personal presentation, and the ability to greet guests with a warm "Bonjour" are essential prerequisites for this position.
Food and Beverage Attendant – Suzette Restaurant (Casual) As a representative of Sofitel, you will be responsible for delivering buffet breakfast service in addition to providing memorable experiences through a la carte lunch and dinner services for the esteemed guests at Suzette, the flagship restaurant of Sofitel Brisbane Central.
You'll excel in this role if you have: Flexibility to commence work at either 5:30 AM or 6 AMAvailability during shifts from 11 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PMWeekend availability, as weekends are our peak operational periodsResponsible Service of Alcohol qualificationBasic proficiency in food and beverage service skills, encompassing guest greetings, order-taking, and maintaining cleanlinessExemplary personal presentation standards.Food and Beverage Attendant – Cuvee Lounge Bar (Part Time and Casual) As a member of our team at the Cuvee Lounge Bar, you will have an exceptional opportunity to create lasting memories for our guests during their special occasions.
