Fleet Manager In Long-Haul Trucking /Otr (Witbank)

Requirements:

Minimum NQF 7, Transport Management degree / Related studies will be advantageous.
Minimum of 5-8 years in a similar role.
Experience in road transport and yellow equipment machinery (excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and dump trucks).
Previous experience in managing a workshop and maintenance teams, with Cranes and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Experience managing and leading teams, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently.
System Management Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain.
Supply chain management.
Financial management.
IR & Labour Relations Policies.
Relevant SOPs.
