Duties & Responsibilities • Handling administrative tasks• Monitoring progress and utilization• Tracking trucks• Sorting out customer problems and assisting drivers with problems• Getting extra orders• Communicating factory problems to the customer• Capturing breakdowns• Supervising and controlling driver activities
