Fine Dining Restaurant Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager - Fourways

Details of the offer

Established fine dining Restaurant in Fourways is looking for an all-round kitchen manager / chef. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a chef / kitchen management role, with a strong background in a la carte restaurant environment. Key responsibilities will include cooking and stock management. The successful applicant must possess knowledge of a hot and cold kitchen. Must be well-groomed and able to work in a team. Preference will be given to candidates with a formal qualification. Experience in a fine dining kitchen essential. Salary R 12 – 15 K net (depending on experience).
