Job Purpose:To establish and maintain customer and business relationships, render banking-related support services in order to promote and sell unsecured loan products (personal loans) and Value Adding Products in East London and surrounding areasJob Outputs:Sales of financing (loans), value-adding products and up-selling & cross selling other iMasFinance productsLiaise with members/customers, employer groups, customers and dealershipsConduct customer affordability and repayment ability assessmentsAnalyze customer financial position and recommend solutionsConclude sales deals, process & finalize loan applicationsEfficient and effective member/customer service deliveryRetain and maintain relationships with existing members/customers and stakeholdersEstablish new member/customer and stakeholder relationshipsIdentify possible risk and communicate to relevant partiesQualifications & Experience:Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting (Essential)Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) Relevant Qualification (NQF5)(Essential)FAIS Fit & Proper Requirements Valid Driver's License Code 8 (Essential)Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)2 years' experience within a financial/banking industryKnowledge and Skills:Communication, selling, negotiation, telephone and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of financing productsComputer literacy (MS Office)#J-18808-Ljbffr
