JOB PURPOSE: To manage the financial accounting function and provide support which informs sound strategic decision making required to optimise the performance and achieve the goals of the company.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Financial Planning: Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial and management reports, reporting to head-office on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Cashflow Management: Compile the company's cashflow.Audits: Manage internal and external audits.Financial Record Management: Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records, transactions, and documentation.REQUIREMENTS:SAICA, CIMA, SAIPA, or other relevant professional certification.Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial management.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
