Financial Manager

Job & Company Description: This established business in the manufacturing sector is looking for a driven Financial Manager to take ownership of their financial operations. With a focus on streamlining processes, managing stock, and overseeing costing systems, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Reporting to the senior leadership team, youll be at the heart of financial decision-making in a dynamic and growing organization. Other duties include: Overseeing costing processes, including BOMs and WIPs. Managing stock, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing inventory controls. Handling import and export processes, including regulatory compliance. Delivering accurate financial reports and insights to support business growth. Collaborating across departments to drive efficiencies and improve profitability. Education: BCom degree with completed articles. Job Experience & Skills required: Exposure to manufacturing environments. Understanding of costing systems, BOMs, WIPs, and stock management.
