As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial efficiency.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Oversee all financial activities and processes within the organisation.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.Manage VAT, Employment Equity, EMP201, and EMP501 submissions.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.Oversee debtors and creditors, including invoice processing and collections.Prepare and analyse financial reports for management review.Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.Handle general financial tasks as required by the organization.Desired Experience & QualificationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Previous experience or internship in an accounting role.At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Sage.Valid RSA driver's license with own transport.Desired Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage people effectively.Package & RemunerationR35 000 pmInterested?If you meet the requirements and are ready to take on this challenging role, please apply.
