Financial Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Assist with financial administration tasks, including tax payments, preparing financial statements, and overseeing client accounts. Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping duties. Provide administrative support to senior management, including booking travel, handling expenses, and document formatting. Maintain records for special projects and reporting requirements. Prepare or assist in preparing financial or administrative reports. Manage and compile sales, marketing, and financial data as requested. Assist with the development and maintenance of business intelligence systems. Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the hospitality industry. At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting and management accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills. Experience with accounting software such as Pastel, ACCPAC, Sage, or similar. Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong ability to problem-solve. Must be presentable, flexible, and a team player. Matric (minimum) with tertiary education preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience). 5% Provident Fund (part of CTC package).
