Financial Accountant

In this Financial Accountant position, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing essential financial functions within the organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include:Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements.Month-End and Year-End Close: Ensuring smooth closing processes and compliance with reporting standards.Internal Audits: Conducting audits to assess compliance and accuracy.Risk Analysis: Identifying financial risks and proposing mitigation strategies.Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date financial records.While people management experience is not required, you will oversee and provide guidance to two bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their workThe company has been in existence for over two decades with over 6 retail subsidiaries under their portfolio.
