We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Finance Recruitment Researcher to join our team and play a critical role in identifying the best candidates in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough research to source high-quality candidates across various finance roles (e.g., accountants, analysts, CFOs).Use job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and social media to identify potential candidates.Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach through calls and emails.Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand role requirements and present suitable candidates.Provide market insights and talent mapping to support the recruitment strategy.What Were Looking ForPrevious experience in recruitment or research, ideally within the finance sector.Strong knowledge or interest in finance and financial markets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools.A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitmentSound admin ability, multitasking and high attention to detail.If you're passionate about recruitment and excited to connect finance professionals with their dream roles, wed love to hear from you!
