Finance Manager

Unlock your potential to lead the financial strategy for a thriving FMCG or Manufacturing Leader!We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee and manage the finance functions of the organisation, including financial planning, reporting, internal controls, costing, and audits. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, cost management, and financial accuracy across the business.Key Responsibilities:Oversee finance systems, internal audits, and housekeeping (GRN/PO/Leave approval). Monitor procurement and costing functions.Lead the budgeting and forecasting process. Provide accurate financial reports and analysis to senior management.Conduct internal audits and support external annual audits.Manage CAPEX authorizations and fixed asset register.Develop product costing, manage stock counts, and control variances.Provide direction to the finance team and foster a productive work environment.Qualifications & Experience:Honours Degree in Accounting/Financial Management (or equivalent).CA (SA) with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred.Strong communication, analytical, and technical skills.
