Role Description
Generalist role to fit in where needed the role will include Financial Control/ FP&A/ Client Profitability preparation and analysis for the UKMEA region (Includes SA/Middle East)
Review and approve key month end financial reconciliations.
Assist with the preparation of regulatory returns.
Prepares and reviews treasury requirements to group.
Managers the statutory and group audits of the entity, when needed
Build reports and perform data analysis.
Formation of client charge models and analysis of costs attributed to these services.
Act as a business partner to the business, providing support and ensure the correct information is being pulled into FP&A/Client models.
Develop and prepare/maintain profitability models.
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Ensure that all the appropriate internal controls are always functioning effectively.
Assist team in terms of problem resolution and troubleshooting.
Manage and ensure high standard of service delivery to clients and key stakeholders.
Liaise with and build effective communication between departments.
Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports
Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
People
Develop mentor and coach team junior staff.
Effective productivity and capacity management.
Assist finance team leaders throughout the UKMEA region.

Design/review/implementation of best practice for finance reporting. (FP&A/Client Profitability)

Working closely with the regional CFO and ensuring all finance reporting is done accurately.
