Requirements Completed MatricAdministration Management Diploma2 -5 years experience in a similar administrative positionMust have a valid Code 10 driver''s license.Fluency in a first additional language and in EnglishHigh EQ, people orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.Good problem-solving skills.High attention to detail.Rigorous, energetic and proactive.Ability to work under pressure.Possess strong communication skills.Shows commitment to excellencePromotes and implement innovationStrive for excellence in customer servicesMaintain confidentiality and integrity.
Keen sense of urgencyKey Responsibilities Responsible for providing monthly reports for the region comparing actual costs against budget for landline, mobile, fuel and 3G costs.Responsible for providing monthly reports showing costs breakdowns for regional travel.Responsible for the maintenance, services and repairs of fleet vehicles.Responsible for fleet vehicles Nedbank Fuel CardsSubmit and follow up all insurance claims (vehicle damage, accidents, lost, damage or stolen property).Payment of Traffic Fines and renewal of vehicle disks.Purchasing and disposing of company fleet vehicles.Responsible for office maintenance and repairs.Ensuring the office is supplied with all required sundries.Communicating with landlord on office related matters, as required.Will assist in reception duties as needed.Responsible for the health and safety of the company, including running drills, attending meetings, and setting up quarterly meetings with members.Responsible for Petty Cash
