Fcaw Welders

Responsibilities:Perform Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) on various metal materials, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.Prepare and clean workpieces to ensure proper welding conditions, including fitting, grinding, and surface preparation.Inspect welded joints to ensure the quality, strength, and aesthetics of the welds meet company standards.Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment and tools to ensure proper function and safety.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.Assist with the assembly of structural components, piping systems, or other items as required by the project.Document and report progress, challenges, and materials used during welding tasks.Requirements:Proven experience as an FCAW Welder.Relevant Trade Test certification.Valid welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME, or equivalent).Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.Experience with various types of metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to welding and fabrication.Ability to work in physically demanding environments.Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting ability.If youre ready for an exciting new challenge, we want to hear from you!
