Facility Operations Manager

Job Title: Facility ManagerZeebra Junction Specialist Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our aged care facility, ensuring that all aspects of the facility are running smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and People Management: Oversee the full operational functions of the facility, lead by example, and develop effective teams within the house.Quality Management: Ensure that the facility is run in line with statutory and facility policies and procedures, develop a culture that enables staff members to maximize their development, and undertake monthly quality assessment audits.Financial Management: Manage delegated budgets, ensure resources are used to best effect, and deliver facility budget goals.Management: Develop a strong team spirit, network among the community, plan and implement fundraising activities, and lead all key property issues.Requirements:Excellent People Skills: Ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and their families.Excellent Managerial Skills: Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing facility operations.Budgetary Control Skills: Ability to manage budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently.Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical skills to manage financial reports and budgets.Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.Fundraising Skills: Ability to plan and implement fundraising activities.Competencies:Customer Satisfaction Index: Ability to measure and improve customer satisfaction.Revenue Growth Rate: Ability to manage and improve revenue growth.Occupancy Management: Ability to manage occupancy rates and ensure the facility is fully utilized.Zeebra Junction Specialist Recruitment offers a competitive salary and benefits package to the successful candidate.
