Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our culinary operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences that reflect the luxury and provenance of our menu offerings. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering team in a stunning and unique environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure quality and consistency.
Develop and maintain high standards for service and customer experience.
Manage and train food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service.
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and innovation.
Monitor inventory, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial targets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food and beverage areas.
Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the lodge's dining experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Plan and execute special events and catering services.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Guest Satisfaction:
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction with food and beverage services.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure consistent quality in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
Staff Training & Development:
Implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance and customer service.

Manage food and beverage costs to meet budgetary requirements without compromising quality.
Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to increase food and beverage sales.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Adhere to and enforce all health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.
Event Planning:
Successfully plan and execute special events and private functions.
Marketing Initiatives:
Implement creative marketing strategies to promote the lodge's dining options.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and hospitality best practices.
Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Diploma in Hospitality Management or a similar is preferred.
