F&B Manager | Greater Waterberg Area

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a 5* Lodge in the greater Waterberg region of Limpopo to recruit an experienced and passionate FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER to join their team.
Requirements

2 years' experience in a similar position within a 5-star environment.
Exceptional communication and guest hosting skills.
A good understanding of Local & International food and beverage trends.
Keen attention to detail in service quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, manage conflict, and foster a positive work environment.
Focus on customer satisfaction, with skills in handling complaints and ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
Efficient time management to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
Organized with knowledge of F&B software and stock control programs.
Stable employment history and contactable references.

Start – ASAP
Salary – 22-27K DOE, live in with meals on duty. Provident & Medical aid contributions.
