Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or high qualification.
Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.

Understanding, reading, and anticipating the market and clients' needs to design and deliver innovative, customized value-adding solutions to a portfolio of clients.
Delivering exceptional service that exceeds clients' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
Maximizing Business Portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedure, processing, and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant sales targets.
Understanding reasons for and complying with governance in terms of legislation and audit requirements.
Retrieving all qualified leads from internal channel sales pipeline and making contact with existing or new customers to generate a sale. Sourcing new leads through external contacts and other channels to increase customer base if required.
Contacting prospective clients and selling appropriate banking products in order to achieve sales targets.
Delivering the end-to-end client management process through continuous engagement with the client on process milestones, selling the FNB value proposition, facilitating the application process on behalf of the client, preparing the proposal to credit, managing internal dependencies, closing the deal, and managing post-sales queries when relevant.
Analyzing competitor information gathered and ensuring active monitoring of market trends and influences. Identifying new business opportunities that impact on the industry.
Tracking, controlling, and influencing sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales targets in line with quality, productivity, and sales requirements.
Managing own development to increase own competencies.
