Job descriptionOur dental practice, located in the Cape Town CBD, is currently looking to employ an experienced Dental Receptionist.
The ideal candidate would be well-presented, friendly and able to work in an organized and timely manner.
Working knowledge of ExAct Dental system
Only applicant with Dental Reception experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming patientsEntering new patient information and updating existing patient information on our systemScheduling or rescheduling appointments as neededProviding telephonic and whatsapp reminder of upcoming appointmentsAnswering any patient queries, both telephonically and in personCommunicating with medical aids for benefit confirmation Scheduling Dental in hospital proceduresPerforming general office dutiesDental authorizationsFamiliar with Dental procedure codes and ICD 10 codes ALL CANDIDATES TO HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE, SHOULD YOU NOT HAVE THIS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POST
