We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 15 years in administrative roles.Key Responsibilities:Travel Management: Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.Diary Management: Maintain and manage the Director's schedule, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and engagements are organized efficiently.Office Coordination: Oversee the Director's office operations, including correspondence, document preparation, and meeting materials.Remote Support: Provide administrative support remotely, ensuring smooth operations and communication while the Director is abroad.In-Office Presence: Attend the office in Midrand when the Director is in the country, ensuring seamless in-person support.Project Assistance: Assist with ad hoc projects, presentations, and reports as required.Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.General Administration: Handle expense reports, office supplies, and other administrative duties as needed.Requirements:Minimum of 15 years' experience in administration, with at least 5 years as an Executive PA.Proven ability to manage international and domestic travel arrangements.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.Experience in running operations and administrative tasks for senior executives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and adapt to remote working environments.Location: Must be based near Midrand for office visits when required.Ideal Candidate:Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Thrives under pressure and manages multiple priorities with ease.Maintains a high level of discretion and professionalism.Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.If you meet the above criteria and are looking for a dynamic role that offers flexibility and challenges, we'd love to hear from you!
