Executive Manager: Office Of The Ceo (Fixed Term Contract: 6 Months )

ROLE PURPOSE: The Executive Manager in the Office of the CEO provides strategic leadership and operational support to advance company's mission and objectives.
As a strategic advisor and partner, this role directs the development and execution of strategies to ensure alignment with industry and national priorities.
The Executive Manager oversees audit processes and investigations, manages compliance and risk mitigation efforts, and ensures robust internal controls and governance frameworks within the Office of the CEO.
KEY REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Qualifications: - Minimum of a Postgraduate / Honours Degree (NQF 8) preferred in the fields of Business Administration, Audit, Compliance and/or Risk Management.
- A Master's Degree (NQF 9) will be an added advantage.
Experience: - Minimum of 10 years' experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Experience in interacting with auditors.
- Expertise in risk management and legal compliance Key Performance areas: Providing strategic support.
Operations management.
Internal & External Stakeholder Liaison.
Oversee Internal Audit Function.
Financial Management.
People Management.
