Executive Housekeeping Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and motivate a dedicated housekeeping team to uphold exceptional standards.Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and training programs.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.Monitor budgets and control costs while maintaining quality.Address guest feedback and implement improvements based on their needs.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping.Qualifications:Proven experience in a housekeeping management role in a luxury hotel or 5-star estate.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and health/safety regulations.Proficient in inventory management and budgeting.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
