Executive Director: Corporate Services

The Executive Director: Corporate Services will provide strategic leadership, support and advisory services through development and implementation of strategic initiatives that supportthe delivery of quality corporate services.MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:A minimum NQF level 9 qualification in Business Administration/Human Resources Management/Legal or an equivalent Qualification.Six to ten years of senior management experience in the public serviceProven experience in strategic planning and policy development in the public sectorProven working experience in implementing policies and procedures in administration, financial management and project managementKnowledge of all relevant legislation including the Constitution of South AfricaStrong experience in Human Resources Management Sound working knowledge of the corporate governance frameworkProven experience in monitoring adherence to legislations, regulations and standardsIn-depth knowledge of the NLSA Act KEY COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTESGood communication skillsRelationship-building and interpersonal skillsPeople management, conflict management and conflict resolution skillsNegotiation skillsStrategic leadership skillsInnovative, analytical and organising skillsFinancial management, facilitation and implementation skills
