Executive Assistant - Pa To Ceo

Details of the offer

The appointee will successfully assist the CEO Office by providing an exceptionally strong correspondence function and co-ordinate voluminous communication with the aim to prioritise, ascertain the nature and related follow up procedures as well as file correspondence inter alia documents, records, and other written material.
Stakeholder correspondence will comprise of the public, business/strategically important clients and key government stakeholders.
The incumbent will also provide administrative support with implemented processes to encourage the effective and efficient administration of the Unit.
Requirements: Minimum of four years' administrative experience.
An appropriate qualification in administration or office support.
Proven track record and/or exposure to Executive office environment.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance.
An understanding or knowledge of tourism, trade and investment promotion industry will be an advantage.
Valid Code B driver's license.
