Estate Planner - Swellendam

Primary Responsibilities:Estate Strategy Development: Create and implement detailed estate strategies that align with clients' goals. Offer expert advice on protecting assets, transferring wealth, optimizing tax strategies, and planning for succession.Will Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize wills and related estate documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards and that they accurately represent clients' intentionsTeam Oversight: Manage a team of estate planning professionals, overseeing daily tasks, providing guidance and training, and fostering a productive and positive work environmentClient Interaction: Engage in comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their estate planning needs, providing clear and professional guidance throughout the processRegulatory Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure that all estate planning practices meet legal and regulatory standards. Uphold high standards of accuracy and quality in all related documentation and processesProcess Enhancement: Regularly evaluate and refine estate planning processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction. Keep up with industry developments and best practices to maintain high service standards.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a similar field. Relevant certifications in estate planning or related areas are preferredProfessional Experience: At least 5 years in estate planning, including significant experience in will drafting. A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role with demonstrated leadership and project management skills is requiredSkills:Strong leadership and team management skillsExpertise in estate planning and will preparationExcellent organizational and administrative abilities.Proficiency with estate planning and legal software, along with Microsoft Office SuiteHigh attention to detail and strong analytical capabilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleaguesConsultant: RJ Jeftha - Dante Personnel Greenstone
