Job DescriptionAccident/Incidents/Near misses- Coordinate investigations into accidents, incidents and near-misses (including problem solving), which will include corrective actions and preventative measures, - Maintain and improve the accident and lost time injury rates - Compiling reports regarding the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly accident information, PowerBI, CBT charts.ESH Management Systems - Ensure ongoing organisational certification with ISO 14001 (environmental management system requirements) - Ensure ongoing organisational compliance with ISO 45001 (health & safety management system requirements)Compliance - Respond to communication from internal / external stakeholders with regards to compliance, NMBM environmental contraventions, Central requirements - Maintain compliance to the new / updated legislation, Co-ordinate the surveys as per the required frequencies etc.ESH Audits - Coordinate and schedule the internal audits as per the required frequencies, Health and Safety Audit at every 5 years, Environmental and Security Audits at 3 years etc.QualificationsQualified Auditor for ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management Systems Qualified Risk Assessor Qualified Incident Investigator Must have 3 - 5 years experience in health, safety and environmental disciplines.
